My PhD is in collaboration with the Danish Cancer Society Research Center and it is part of the Adult Life after Childhood Cancer in Scandinavia (AliCCS) study. The aim of the project is to develop new tools for survival analysis, which are able to handle different features of registry data, such as multiple events, different time scales and data matching.
Currently, I am working on excess risk regression models for matched data. The method aims to provide a better understanding of the risk of late effects in subjects after childhood cancer.
